2. Do you provide drone services? Absolutely. Our drone services include aerial mapping, drone surveying, drone inspections, high-resolution photography, and videography, utilizing advanced platforms like the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise and DJI Cine drones.
3. Can you create 3D models from scan data? Yes, transforming point cloud data into intelligent 3D models is one of our core strengths. We specialize in creating BIM-ready models in software like Revit and Rhino.
4. Do you provide 2D drawings from scan data? Yes, we generate accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed as-built drawings in formats like AutoCAD DWG, JPEG, and PDF, derived directly from our 3D scan data.
5. What are Life Safety Plans? Life Safety Plans are critical 2D as-built documents that detail a building's emergency features, including exit routes, fire-rated assemblies, fire protection systems, and occupant loads. They are essential for building code compliance and facility management.

1. How does your 3D scanning process work? Our process begins with a detailed project scope review, followed by on-site data capture using our 3D laser scanners and/or drones. The raw data is then meticulously processed, registered, and modeled by our expert team using advanced software, culminating in the delivery of your requested 3D data and reports.
2. What file formats do you provide for 3D point clouds? We deliver 3D point clouds in industry-standard formats such as .xyz, .e57, .LAS, and .PTS, ensuring compatibility with most BIM, CAD, and visualization software.
3. Can you deliver BIM-ready models, and what information do they include? Yes, we create BIM-ready models primarily in Revit. We combine point cloud data with available county and state records, photos, and existing architectural/engineering documents. Our models include basic Revit families, allowing you to easily import your custom families and conduct further design work or analysis.
4. What kind of mapping deliverables do you provide? Our aerial mapping services provide orthomosaic maps, digital surface models (DSM), digital terrain models (DTM), and contour maps, giving you comprehensive geospatial data for large areas.

Pricing is influenced by the square footage or acreage, required Level of Detail (LOD) for 3D models, complexity of the site (e.g., active construction site, dense infrastructure), specific file formats needed, and any travel or expedited service requirements.
3. Do you charge for travel? Yes, for nationwide projects outside our local service area, travel expenses apply. This includes a mileage rate of $0.70 per mile for ground travel, and all associated flight charges (checked bags, rental cars, hotels) for air travel. These will be clearly itemized in your quote.
4. What is the "quick turnaround" or expedited service fee? Our expedited turnaround service is available for urgent projects. While 3D data capture and rendering are time-intensive, this rush fee prioritizes your project in our production pipeline, significantly reducing delivery times to help you meet tight deadlines. The fee is determined by the project's scope and desired turnaround speed.

4. What software do you use for data processing and modeling? Our post-processing expertise includes industry-standard software such as Pix4D, Metashape, RealityCapture, Leica Cyclone REGISTER 360, along with Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD for final deliverables.
